Even though we all have heard hundred of times about the importance
of positive thinking, it's still difficult to realize the full
effect it can have on our live.
As Mahatma Gandhi has said:
"A man is but the product of his thoughts; what he thinks, he
becomes."
Positive thinking is closely connected with our level of
self-esteem. All of our beliefs, feelings and actions are based on
our thoughts. The only difference between people who have high
self-esteem and achieve more in life and people who view themselves
as "failures" is their attitude.
In addition, research has demonstrated that pessimistic people may
be more prone to developing habits and problems that cut life
short, such as smoking, obesity and hypertension
Whether we are aware of it or not, every second we make a choice to
be positive or negative, excited or depressed, active or passive,
happy or offended. The choices we make largely depend on our
previous experience and feedback that we've received from our
parents, friends, society and, most importantly, from ourselves.
The way we perceive ourselves affects our reality. If we don't
believe that we are capable of accomplishing something, we won't;
even if we have all the knowledge and skills necessary to achieve it.
When you replace negative thoughts and beliefs with the positive
ones, you'll notice that your self-esteem will grow as well. You'll
finally let yourself feel that sweet feeling of winning. In fact
this feeling is so addictive that you'll become driven to
experience it again and again, by becoming more daring in your
desires and setting higher goals for yourself.
I’ll like to leave you with this statement before I leave, you can become anything you imagine as long as you can think through it positively. In everything you do, always aspire to stay inspired!

You can re-kindle the fire!
Growing up has really being fun for me,not because i had a particularly fantastic and exciting childhood experience but because i had mastered deep thinking earlier than most of my contemporaries. One of the first few principles of the universe i learnt quickly was the law of use,in as much as i learnt that this law leads to professionalism, mastery and invariably perfection; the major set-back of this law is boredom.
Getting used to anything or task only makes us go round and round in circles.People can grow accustomed to, and take for granted, the most wonderful and astonishing thing.Ever wondered why we usually start a new job with so great a passion and lots of energy only to later want to seek a new job — Why do we take for granted the people with whom we work, and the people with whom we live. After a while, the flow, the radiance, seems to fade even from the most wonderful thing around.Have you ever wondered why it seems like you are not usually appreciated by your siblings, family members, friends, community or even nation?
Life is dull only to dull people. If you find the 'fire' has largely disappeared from your life, remember that all it takes to re-kindle the fire is to stir up your desire restore it. You don’t have to talk about it—just start doing something about it so that you can always STAY INSPIRED!
